Walmart is taking preorders for the Transformers 2-Disc DVD Exclusive Peter Cullen has announced today at a Paramount press conference that we can expect to see two more Transformers movies and that he is on board to do the voice for Optimus Prime. The next sequel is scheduled to come out in Summer of 2009. -10/12/07 The Optimus Prime Bust is available for preorder. The Bumblebee Mini Bust is available now. -- Steven Speilberg has announced that actor Shia LaBeouf has signed on to do multiple Transformers movies. The sequel to the first movie is speculated to be released in the summer of 2009. It looks like we could possible have a trilogy for Transformers. -10/11/07 Transformers The Live Action Movie Special Edition is available for preorder. It comes out on DVD and HD-DVD next Tuesday.

The Transformers sequel has been confirmed by Dreamworks. It looks like it might be coming out Summer of 2009. Michael Bay and Steven Speilberg are onboard to work on the sequel. Even though the first movie is coming out on DVD and HD-DVD next Tuesday, it is still being shown in some theaters.

Transformers was released on June 28th, 2007 in Korea and has so far been viewed by more than 6 Million viewers. -7/20/07 An advanced screening for Transformers The Movie will be showing at Midnight at select theaters in the UK tomorrow, July 20th. It will also be shown on Saturday the 21st, Sunday the 22nd, and Thursday the 26th. The movie will be officially released on Friday the 27th. -- The Artwork section has been updated. -7/19/07 The Grimlock Mini Bust is up for preorder. -- Transformers The Movie has earned $152.6 Million at the U.S. and Canadian box office in it's first week. It is now the highest grossing, non-sequel film of all time in it's first seven days, beating out Spider-Man, released in 2002. -7/8/07 Transformers The Movie did really well at the box office this week earning $24.7 Million Tuesday, beating Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest record of $15.7 Million set last year for a Tuesday opener. It also earned $8.8 Million on it's preview screening Monday, making a total of $36.3 Million in two days. Dreamworks has already OK'd the sequel. -- The Transformers Chess Set is now available.
